Prior to shipment, an order may be canceled for a full refund. Once an order ships, it will not be refunded. This applies to lost and seized orders as well, which are re-shipped according to the policies outlined below.


Some products may require a prescription issued by a U.S. doctor prior to shipment.

If you initiate a chargeback against us without first contacting us to resolve any issues you may have with your order, or if you initiate a chargeback in violation of our Return Policy, we will list you in our Dirtbag Database, as well as report you to

Defective Product

If you receive product that is ineffective or otherwise substandard, stop taking the medication and contact us immediately.

Lost orders is not responsible for the performance, or lack thereof, of the postal service with respect to the delivery of your order. However, as a courtesy to our customers, if your order does not arrive within 35 days of being shipped, we will re-ship it one time only at no charge. We will not re-ship an order until this 35-day period has passed.

Seized/Detained Orders

Current U.S. laws and regulations leave the admission of shipments of most foreign pharmaceutical products to the discretion of individual FDA inspectors. In the unlikely event that your order is detained and subsequently refused entry into the United States, you will be notified by the FDA. will replace any shipment refused entry into the United States, provided that you have complied with any and all requests from the FDA with respect to your shipment. Such requests may include any of the following:

-a signed declaration that the products are for your own personal use;
-the name and address of the licensed U.S. physician under whose care you presently are;
-a prescription from a licensed U.S. physician.

You MUST E-MAIL a copy of the FDA notice advising you of the Refusal of Entry to us at Your replacement order will be processed promptly.

DEA Scheduled Medications

Some of the medications we sell are DEA Scheduled drugs. Customs officials make random inspections of a very small percentage of foreign mail parcels arriving into the United States; these products will be seized if they are discovered during such an inspection. If Customs seizes your order, they will send you a notice of the seizure. The following products are DEA Scheduled medications:

  • Ambien
  • Ativan
  • Imovane
  • Klonopin
  • Lexotan
  • Provigil
  • Ultram
  • Valium
  • Versed
  • Xanax
  • Soma

The following medications are not DEA Scheduled drugs but are still subject to Customs seizure under an FDA import ban:

  • Accutane
  • Cytomel
  • Clenbuterol

Please Note: We will make TWO SUBSEQUENT ATTEMPTS to deliver a seized order. We will not be responsible for re-shipping your order a third time in the event of a third consecutive Customs seizure of the same order. Your money will not be refunded.

All claims for re-shipment of lost/seized orders must be submitted within 6 months from the date of purchase. Re-shipment claims for lost/seized orders made more than 6 months from the date of purchase will not be considered.
