We recommend eforex.gold (Panama City, Panama) to our Australian customers, as they offer the option of purchasing e-gold through the Australian Post Office.

Asian Customers

We recommend www.asianagold.com to our customers in Malaysia, Singapore and The Philippines.

All other countries

If you are unable to locate a reliable e-gold exchanger, we have a limited amount of e-gold available for sale to our customers to facilitate their purchases with us. Our policies and procedures for e-gold sales are as follows:

1) To buy e-gold from us, you will need to send us, via MoneyGram, the USD amount of e-gold you wish to purchase. Please contact us before you send us money for instructions on to whom and to where the money should be sent.

2) You will also need to provide us with:

• the MoneyGram Reference number
• your e-gold account number
• your e-gold account nickname (i.e. "Joe's e-gold account") to help make sure the e-gold is spent to the correct account.

3) We charge a 4% commission to purchase e-gold; however, we also offer a 5% discount on the purchase of any non-clearance item with e-gold, so this cost will be more than recovered when you place an order. We have this policy to prevent non-customers from using us as a free e-gold exchange service. For example, if you send us USD 500, we will spend USD 480 in e-gold to your account. The spend will be made the same day we pick up your transfer.

4) If we are unable, for any reason, to sell you e-gold, we will not pick up the transfer and will so inform you. If we do pick up your transfer and, for any reason, are subsequently unable to sell you e-gold, your money will be returned to you, at our expense, via MoneyGram.

5) We will no longer sell e-gold to customers in the U.S. If you are in the U.S. and need to buy e-gold, please go to www.cambist.net.
